Just as the title says what is the lens that you use most and is most likely always sitting on your camera?
Let me see…
K1 II: Pentax-F 28/f2.8 or FA* 24/f2.
KP: Sigma 18-35/f1.8
ME Super: Pentax-K 50/f1.2
Super A: Pentax-A 24/f2.8.

Pentax K1 & Pentax DFA 24mm - 70mm. Gorgeous lens! Upgraded from a very good Sigma of same FL that eventually died. Then a Pentax DFA 150mm -450mm. Temperamental monster! Capable of good things once in a while.
Pentax K3 & Pentax DA 300mm F4 +/- 1.4x converter. =420mm or 630mm FF eq. Very good combination on crop sensor.

I use Pentax DA 1:4-5.8 55-300 mm ED the most. I wish it was full frame but gives me a lot of versatility shooting wildlife.
The other lens I use frequently and I really love this lens is the Pentax DFA 1:3.5-5.6 28-105 mm. Great at close ups and landscapes.

For my three Pentax APS-C cameras, the usual lenses that sit on them are the 20-40mm Ltd., DA 12-24mm, and Sigma 105-mm f/2.8 EX Macro. Currently, my lone full-frame DSLR (a D800) has a Tokina AT-X Pro 20-35mm f/2.8 lens as the default; when I buy my forthcoming K-1 II (or K-1 III), I'll probably have a similar lens on it as default.

It depends on the task, but mostly my 70-200mm f2.8 for both sports photography and portraits/group shots. When I am traveling and am not able to bring all of my gear, I love the 24-70mm, f2.8 for its adaptability and ease of carry.

I do not currently own a Pentax camera. I am interested in the new K3.3. If I did have this camera I would probably use the 31 Limited almost exclusively. I might also have the 77 Limited just in case there was any sort of long-ish shot I were interested in taking.

Pentax DA 1:2:4 35 mm AL

So sharp and light weight. I use the computer to zoom in on area of image I wan to enlarge in post processing. Very rarely do I have to change lenses when out shooting.

K-1ii: 28-105. It is not a particularly great lens but it is versatile. I hate the vignette on the full frame body, the f/5.6 max aperture at pretty well every focal length other than 28 and I jones for something like the Canon 24-105 f/4.

K-3i: DA16 - 85. I have read that many people don't think much of this lens, but as a portrait shooter, I think it is great at f/8 or f/11 on the crop sensor camera. When I'm just on a walkabout taking snapshots, it is "satisfactory".

In the studio I still like the 77 ltd. I can shoot with that puppy all day.

Walk around lens

The lens that lives on my KP and now my K-3 Mark III is the 18-270, But the one I love for wildlife is my 300 f4.

For my K-1, it is most often the DFA 24-70mm F2.8.

With my KP and K3-II, the lens I take most often is the DA 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 ED AL [IF] DC WR. As others have said, it's not the most glamorous but for a single lens it's remarkably handy.

But I LOVE the fact that with Pentax I can pick lenses from the last 50+ years and mix things up whenever I like.
