I scratched the same itch with a DA 10-17. Although it's a zoom , I'm pleased with the results and saved a bunch of $$$ in the process.

Have you considered the zenitar 16/2.8 fisheye. They are available new for a reasonable price, both in k mount and M43. K mount is about a 10% premium on price.

This is the one I'd get at this focal length. Seems to work on APSC decently and is pretty cheap.
