My new HD DFA Limited 29.4mm lens

Well someone had to play with the new HD DFA 21mm and adding on the DA 1.4 converter. Some vignetting but easily corrected in Lightroom, Justifying my LBA by telling myself I am getting 2 lenses for the price of one and a bit......... ( Don't spoil my illusion please)

That's actually a bargain! Especially when it is so difficult to find correct quality options around 30mm

Can you put a wide angle adapter on it?

Thank you, I agree that old 30mm and newer 31mm are just too much, and the 28mm choices are too wide as well

I'm working on a reverse adapter too, the lenshood means i might need to reverse it freehand for now

It is indeed magic that the converter changed a DFA into a DA lens... .

Is it safe to use on the converter? I recall reading that some lenses that are not meant to be used in combination with converters can be damaged (and/or damage the converter) when doing so

No problems, I actually read all the Pentax literature and saw that it was compatible before using it.

These were on the K1 , I will test on the K3III as well
Have you tried it already with K-3III with out TC?

This will make it 4 primes in 1!

Thank you, I believe you have just halved the cost of my lend, now a super bargain
