Aye, it was the M version of its slightly slower cousin the A series 200mm f1:2.8 (which I own and love to bits).

actually its the K-series 200mm I have to M 200 and its a f4

I have this lens and it is my all time favourite manual focus lenses. At f 2.5 it is the fastest 200 Pentax ever made and optically it may be the best as well. Check the lens review database for details. The K 200 2.5 is mentioned favourably in the reviews of DA * 200 as well. Clearly I'm a fanboy but if you are in the market for a fast 200 and don't mind manual focusing this is your lens. I have no affiliation with this sale bye the way - just a fan of this lens.

So who won it? Anybody here? Looks like a great price to me. I can't imagine it would have sold for so little a few months ago.
