M Zoom lenses on K100D?

When you put manual lenses on the K100D, the SR program asks for the focal length. If the lens is a zoom lens, what number do you type in? The lowest end? The higher end? The middle?

What do you all do?

Thanks/

Jeff

You ought to put in the actual focal length of lens for older zoom lens that would be the focal length to witch the lens is set at the moment.

I tested this and it worked fine. If you want to change the zoom, you can turn the power off and on and reset the focal length.

Of course, I could always turn off the SR and not worry about this.
