Maybe I missed an announcement, or perhaps nothing was announced. But tonight I noticed that both the Firefly and Blackstone versions are on sale at B&H with "Limited supply at this price." Meanwhile, I see the Adorama listing for both K-mount versions says, "This item is no longer available." I'd been sitting on the fence about the IRIX 11, but tonight I pulled the trigger. My IRIX 15 has been marvelous, but it's stepping aside for the Laowa 15 Shift that just arrived tonight.

The number of times something was said to be discontinued by b&h or Adorama and it wasn’t is pretty high. I honestly have no clue if it has been but, “Buy it if you want it, while it’s in stock!” is a good plan.

I snapped one up on this B&H sale. Got the all metal Blackstone for about half of what it sold for a couple years ago.
It's a heavy beast but so far I like the results on my K-3 Mk III.
