Thanks, didn't know there was a German site from them. Pity, they only have the Sigma 'unpopular' lens- Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC and not the HSM version

If 16mm wide (24mm on APSC) is your concern, you may also consider Pentax in-house HD16-85mm

Do not under estimate this work horse, it performs even better than the DA*16-50SDM

FWIW after many years of use I replaced Tamron 17-50 with Pentax 16-85 last year when I got the K3III. It's a decent lens and much more versatile (and pleasing) in good light, but I don't find it particularly well suited for indoor shots. Myself, I use primes inside - I much prefer their rendering to Tamron and 16-50 PLM feels too big to me at the moment.
Hard to beat Tamron considering value (and flexibility) for money, though.

I have the Pentax 16-85. It is an excellent lens. I use Godox V1 flash with it sometimes and it does wonderfully. I also use it for landscape shooting. Of course it is up to the aperture range the user may need when considering it or not. I seldom use F/2.8 so it does well for what I use it for.
