It is good to have such dillema, as compared to hunting modern lenses for 50x price  I got M 80-200 f4.5 to use on K2 for now. Should have enough zoom for use on local airport both for taxing and passing by shots. I will try to hunt something longer for M42. Have some ideas, but need them to appear on some auction. Thanks for help guys. | |

Just to update, it is nice lens. Got my test rolls and scanned some. It is not sharpest kid in kindergarten  but works pretty well with film. If not for film price it will be nice everyday spotting setup.With Pentax K2, 80-200 and Kodak Ektar 100, scanned on Plustec OptiFilm 8100  | |
