Which FA and DA lens are shared with third party lens makers?

Want to complie a list of Pentax modern lens that are also shared with other brands.

Some obvious ones

DA* 50-135mm F/2.8 ---> Tokina 50-135mm F/2.8 AT-X
DA* 16-50mm F/2.8 ---> Tokina
DA 10-17mm F/3.5-4.5 fisheye ---> Tokina
DA 12-24mm F/4 ---> (Tokina??)

DA 18-250mm F/3.5-6.3 ---> Tamron (also has a Sony version)

FA 100mm F/3.5 Macro ---> I was told this is an OEM Casina

What about older zooms, are those cheapo FA-J zooms OEM?
