The Pentax smc DA 21 mm / 3,2 AL Limited is a very simple lens.

Yes, simple.

Because you can, simple said, shoot everything with it:

If I could only choose one prime lens for my camera, it would be definetly the DA21!

Nice shots, everybody!

I've been down most of the week with a cold/sinus infection, but I'm hoping to get back out pretty soon and play with my new-to-me 21.

You asked

I like the DA 21 for landscapes.

From my summer holliday in 2008.

Works with waterscenes as well

And on architecture:

That was in Austria, Salzburgerland. The place is called Rauris and is not to far from Salzburg (Mozart).
If you'd like, you can visit my gallery at Zenfolio about that trip. A lot of photos there (I'm afraid I got a bit carried away ).

These are not the best with 21 as I get it off focus a bit in tungsten lighting indoor

Tons of great examples in this thread!

Here's a pano I took in Calgary, AB, Canada over the holidays. Hand-held with the DA21, somewhere along Scotsman's Hill, 4 photos, stitched in Hugin. This is a hugely delayed pseudo-LBA posting, as I haven't really been able to get out as much now that I'm back in school. Love the way the lens renders.
