some from Maui using the DA21:

The Wife & Kids are going to Hawaii in about a week and I elected not to go(couldn't be bothered). I plan on going to S,F, for a day of shooting(something I can't do with them around). Where do you suggest I go? I just bought a car and can't afford the '21...yet.

What are you looking for? Famous sights, seascape, cityscapes, street shooting, etc?
So many great places to go. Try a sunrise up at Conzelman road at hawk hill, Marin.

Sea/city. I'd have to leave here pretty early to catch the sunrise.

Our early cold and snow caught many plants unprepared. Some leaves have turned to a leathery brown while others have maintained their green. The DA 21 can capture some nice detail.

The DA-21 would not have been my first choice for these two images but sometimes you have to use what you have with you and take your best shot. These are a 100% crop taken 10-12 feet from a naturally skittish subject. I don't think he had any intention of leaving dinner behind and I was not about to get out of the truck to get any closer.

When his feathers started to ruffle I left him alone to enjoy his meal.

Taken near Clifton Kentucky.

Wow - I expect to see images like this in the 300mm lens club thread! Great opportunity you had to get those images with the 21.

ColbyT,
Excellent shot there. Not only the special subject (a lot of shooters bait for opportunities like that) but for the lighting, detail, and frame. Good one!

Thank you. The bloodstains are the edge of the road are part of the edit.

How would you bait this scene? Tether a live rabbit? I don't think they eat anything they don't kill.
