With a K mount reversing ring. One side has the K mount the other side should have the same filter diameter as the 28mm lens.

for that lens being 28mm does that mean the lens filter diameter would be 28mm?

I tried looking for information on this particular lens but I can't find the size of the filter. It doesn't look like it is available online, it usually is printed in the documentation or on the face of the lens. You could use calipers if you had them handy, or a metric ruler, be sure to carefully measure the Inside Diameter of the filter ring on the front of the lens.

Takumar 28/2.8 Bayonet

Says the Takumar Bayonet 28/2.8 has a 49mm filter ring.

Glue one to a body cap or buy a 49mm-K reversing adapter: http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38.l1313&_nkw=reverse+adapter+penta...All-Categories

If you are planning to do some cheap macro, try the macro extension tube instead, it's much better than the reverse macro ring. Reverse ring only works with a fix diameter lens, but a extension tube can mount to any K lenses. and it has 3 different type of macro ratio.
