The OP is talking about the Pentax SMC 135mm f2.5 lens from the first K mount generation. It is a 6-6 lens solution supermulticoated, 500g weight and 58mm filter thread. It is identical optically to the m42 lens SMC/Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 135mm f2.5 (referred to as the model II compared to the model I which is another 135/2.5 m42 lens with 5-4 optical solution). This 6-6 lens is considered Pentax 2nd best 135mm.
The lens you refer to is the Takumar (Bayonet) 135mm f2.5 lens, a low budget lens that Pentax made in two versions (f2.5 and f2.8, but there is probably no difference between them) in the early 1980's. This is a 4-4 lens solution, 395g and 52mm filter thread,
without SMC coating. It probably have some single coating. It can perform OK with a large lens shade, but it is really a step back to the 1960's and pre-SMC lenses. You can sometimes see sellers trying to make it sound like if they sell the real SMC lens while they actually have the "Takumar (bayonett)". As far as I understand, the SMC Pentax-A 135mm f2.8 has the same poor lens solution (4-4) (but with SMC and A contacts), which explains its bad reputation.
