Good Morning, I just accidentally put my DA 16-45 on my K20d while I still had a 12mm extension tube on the camera and now I can't get the lens off the tube. The tube comes off the camera alright. Any ideas please?

Problem Solved. I just put the whole lot on my K1000 and the lens came straight off the extension tube before I took it off the camera. I certainly will not be doing that again.
