What's this Pentax 85-210mm?

I got this pentax 85-210mm lens when i order the 100mm Macro from ebay, I want to ask what's the brand? no where in the lens shows it. Just try some test shot, looks pretty sharp. Is this good lens? thanx

lens info: 85-210mm, f 4.5-22, 55mm filter ring,
Top ring marking: SUPER COATED JAPAN/538 PZ F/4.5 85-210mm 55% No. 06017

if i had to guess based on the stats maybe a Quantaray 85-210, does it have macro capability?

found a sample on ebay, but maybe I'm wrong. similar but not the same

I think thats the one, different color marking, but pretty much the same. thanx
