M42 Adapters

I'm looking for the part number for a genuine PENTAX M42 screw mount adapter. I have a K200D and would like to try some of the M42 screw-mount lenses in my collection. I will only buy from a legitimate photo dealer. No suggestions for eBay, please! Thank you.

The Pentax Webstore for US$30.95. I just received one and they are the 'genuine' article. Part Number 30120.

Edit: Welcome to the forums!

As others have said before, buy only the Pentax one. The others on the market require a crow bar and two sticks of Dynomite to remove.

Thanks rormeister for the rapid response. I'll get one on order quickly. I can't wait to try my Mamiya-Sekor 50mm f1.4 and f1.8 lenses on the K200D.

My non-genuine adapter comes off with a simple pinch'n'twist action, but it doesn't lock in properly. It's off to the dealer's with me to buy an original :ugh:

Oh you'll have tons of fun with any M42 lens you can put your hands on. I strongly recommend all Russian optics.
