16mm tilt lens
28 tilt lens
DA*400/2.8 or even DA*400/4
DA*400-600/4

Though I enjoy the wide angle distortion produced by the 12-24, perhaps a * lens in this general range with virtually perfect rectilinear performance. You know, a 2.8 version with even more correction...
If you have the 12-24, and you want the lens to have no distortions, add DxO labs software to your computer. Slower than molasses in January, but corrects every flaw in the lens + body combination. K10D and K20D are covered. It's slow because it uses the focal length, focus distance and f/stop to determine the correction needed. It's magic - but slow.

Already own 4 of them

Currently own:
DA 12-24
FA* 80-200/2.8
FA* 200/4 macro
FA* 300/2.8

Want to get:
F* or FA* 250-600/5.6

That's it... A very lightweight setup....

check the market place for the 250-600, it is for sale now, and note lens transport is not a problem, the same wheel barrow you use for the cash will support the lens just fine

Nice.... Yes, I've seen that post. A wheel barrow normally does have 3 points of support on the ground when not moving, so it does tie in as lens support... get a bean bag and all is good...

However, I only use a wheel barrow that is compact and foldable, so it's not an option for me...

Cheers,
Marc

dream 5

That's tough in 5, here's my best effort

a 10-40ish/2.8
a 24-90/2.8 or 16-70/2.8
DA 60-250/4 (playing with on 28th)
FA* 300/2.8 or DA300/4
FA* 250-600/5.6 although a 300-600/4-5.6 would suit better !

oh and a Shake Reduction compatible TC in the back pocket and a private sherpa !

an FA31 would be nice too - but have the FA35/2 so can't really justify the FA31 unless I get a windfall). I can't see that I would use an FA77 much, nice as it would be. I woul duse a 50-135/2.8 but i had to stick to five lenses !

currently have the following which covers most needs :
DA12-24
DA16-45/4
FA35/2
F35-70
F70-210
DA*200/2.8

nice to dream though isn't it ?
