Pentax A 400/5.6 on ebay

There is currently a cheap Pentax A 400/5.6 lens on ebay. It is not mine and I don't know the seller, but wanted to inform you, as the price is very good. I myself have one of these lenses and when the optics are okay, it is simply superb. So perhaps one of our community may find a steal here:

I wouldn't care about the few dirt specks, they won#t do anything bad to the image...

That one appears to be in very nice condition. My experience with the A400/5.6 on digital is very good.

Have the A 400 also. It is a good lens. Two things I wish were different about it. 1. It is a liitle stiff to focus. 2. Wish all teleconverters worked properly. Many ( non Pentax) have trouble with the 5.6 max aperture. It shows up as a 2.8 lens!
Eric just repaired and adjusted the lens. He does good work. Highly recommended. Wish Pentax would come out with new af version with internal focus.
