Hi!

Besides the single review made in the Lens Review section, does any one have had any experiences with this lens? Tamron AF (IF) 28-105mm 1:4-5.6

Hi,

I've owned several variants of the lens as re-badged Promasters and Tamron. I's not that fast, obviously and it's not going to set the world on fire. However, I've liked all the copies I've had and wouldn't hesitate to buy another provided it was inexpensive enough. If clean it should go for well under $100 and really closer to half that. Decent wide end and more than a bit soft at the long end.

It may interest me since I wish for a budget zoom that could give me a little more reach than the 18-55 kit lens. Right now I'm looking at one copy that goes for 80 USD.
