Question for 55-300 lens owners

Quick question: does it have non-rotating front element?
Thanks,

Thank you, Bruce. You are right, it doesn't. I just came back from the store with my new toy. It seems that I can use my Cokin system and I happen to have 58mm non-circular polarizer by Hoya in my filter collection. It should work, too.
