Pentax-A 645 35mm f/3.5

I am wondering about this lens more and more. I would ideally like the FA version, however, my budget will not permit this option. So, I have been thinking more and more about the A (manual focus) version.

Does anyone here have any experience with this lens, primarily shooting outdoors. I have a 645N that I would use it on. Did yours come with a dedicated lens hood?

I Want One Too...

I have been using the 645 lenses on my K20D with the Pentax adapter, and am very pleased with the results. I have the A120 Macro, the A200, and the FA45-85. They are all full manual on my K20D so I actually prefer the "A" lenses, I think they are superb. The FA 45-85 is equally fine, honestly.
I have been wanting to get the 35, and will eventually I'm sure. Let me know what you do, and your thoughts. From all I have read the 35 is a top notch lens.
