renting pentax lenses

know of any websites wehre you can rent lenses from? im in need of a telephoto zoom that would be good for a low light arena. as equine effair is coming up, and i'll probably be stuck in the back <_<

Welcome to Rentglass.com - Mail order lens rental, but they seem to only have Canon and Nikon. Sorry.

Maybe if we all leave them a message, they'll carry some Pentax lenses.

You've hit upon one of the problem areas of being a Pentax user - there's just not enough user base and demand to make rentals of Pentax gear a good business proposition. I see some activity via Google for medium format rentals but no 35mm. If you have good relationship with a local Pentax shop you might arrange to rent a demo model for a weekend, but otherwise there's slim pickings out there .

the bad thing is that there are no pentax carrying stores close enough.
