Sigma 24mm f/2.8 Issue

Well after just under a week the used Sigma 24mm f/2.8 I bought is now exhibiting signs of a sticky aperture level. Some images are way over-exposed. I took the lens off several times and manually moved the level to the correct position. I called the place where I bought it and they'll either try to fix it or replace it with a similar lens. They have a A 28mm f/2.8 I might get, also a M 28mm f/3.5. I'll know what happens tomorrow, I really like this Sigma though.

I usually use mine in A mode for the aperture... does your still exhibit issues even in A mode?

I use A mode 90% of the time so unfortunately, yes.
