I didn't look @ the exif.

As I need to read every spoiler about up coming episodes of Lost, shake every wrapped Christmas present, and read every rumor about upcoming offerings from Pentax, [and in regards to lenses] Sigma and Tamron, I'm going to look @ the exif now.

edit: Reasons why...

Focus is slightly off on the 1st. I found the 31mm I sampled within the confines of Adorama to have pretty bad back-focus (or was it front-focus, I forget) on my K10D body, so didn't opt for it.

The other two was a bit of a toss-up, but I went with the one that reminds me of the rendering the 50/1.7 I have as the 3rd.

for the focusing issue, my 31 focuses slightly to the front when compared to both 40 & 50 which are both slightly to the back (I gues K20D would've sorted this out... shut up CBA, shut up ).
on colour cast, 31 is warmer (I find it more green/yellow) then other 2

and to put those who didn't cheat out of misery, the correct order is
31, 40, 50

next time I'll get down and dirt, take my tripod out, ISO100 bigger subjest etc, simply put, I'll try to make more of an "procedure"

I don't know which is which but I think the "best" image is the last one.
