I have made a specific list of lenses that I want to own, omitting those that are overpriced or would have no utility for me.
I've started selling the excess and as a Roadmap lens becomes available at my price I sell more.
This actually works.
The secret is not to be tempted by an Adaptall-2 SP 90/2.5 that comes with the matching hood and extension tube, an Adaptall 35~70/3.5 and a PK/A and NIB ESII adapters, and an SP-F with an SMC 55/1.8 attached, all for $200 total.
Yes, it is a great deal - just an adapter can be worth $100 - but once you have them you'll never sell.
