LBA: DA 35mm f/2.8 Limited

Based on a good review on TOP I just purchased one. I probably won't use it as a macro but just as a normal lens. I'll post some images after it arrives.

Knowing me, I probably paid more than I might have. I'm sure I'll find it cheaper somewhere else sooner or later.

Congrats on the new lens. The DA35mm is a very nice lens, and I love mine!

Even though you are planing to use it as a normal, play around with some macro shots, you'll be amazed at how close it can focus, and its a lot of fun when you are bored

Gee, if they made more it wouldn't be limited.

Even if you don't use it as a true macro, there are times when you want to push in closer and it's so nice not to have to worry about minimum focus distance!

Great all around lens--enjoy it!

Thanks guys. I hadn't thought about the close focusing distance. That'll be a plus. I'm still awaiting its arrival. Any day now. Maybe I'll have to try a macro or 2 when I go back to Yellowstone in 2 weeks.
