DA15 - where is good resolution?

Here is some pictures from PEF from DA15/4.
DA15 LR - огл - Участники - Фотогалерея iXBT
DA15 RAW THERAPY - огл - Участники - Фотогалерея iXBT
I used LR and RAW THERAPY

In terms of contrast, distortion and colour - I have no any questions.
But where is good resolution?

Flickr: Search
we can find here 14.6 MP photos down-sized to 6 MP.
not bad for 6 MP, but I'd like to see higher resolution for 700-800 EURO fixed LIMITED lens.

corner sharpness is far worst than my sigma 10-20 a all the aperture.

optically is a disapoining lens at the moment.

these samples are a proof that corner sharpness is really poor.

600 euro? i'll skip it for the moment.

I'd like to see a real test of this lens, with proper photos taken using a tripod, before I judge it.

Bottom left corner is much more blurry than the bottom right one. But then again, perhaps useless pixel peeping. Tripod should be used (if not already) of course.

We've checked 3 lenses from 3 different photo shops in Estonia.
We see the same results. If downsized to 10 or 6 MP, the photos are not bad, but it's the level of zoom, not fixed lens.

In Estonia and Russia 700 euro.

2 samples from ACR from Nikon D300 + Tokina 12-24 at 12 mm.
as for me - the result is better with my samples of DA15.

Considering you have no idea of how the images were shot or processed, if you are getting screen aliasing, etc, that's a pretty strong statement.
I was getting some aliasing off my screen when I looked at the sample shots from above, which is a fault of the presentation, not the lens.
The images are also too small to draw any valid conclusions about the lens.

We can see crops in THK test. Very good.

I honestly think that the Pentax 12-24 f4.0 lens is a much better bet. More versatile, same aperture and the results from the 12-24 are stunning.

How can you judge that when the sample pictures don't have anything in the plane of focus in the corners, and when you don't have shots of the same scenes with your lens?

I'm with you, Ben. 15mm just isn't really wide enough, and the DA12-24 is a really nice lens.
