This is from my most recent use of the Rokinon 85mm.

Open mike at a poetry reading, f1.4, 1/20s, +.7EV, ISO800, K-7 with a monopod.

This venue is so dim one can't see enough contrast on the readers' faces to focus, and so have to learn to use other indicators. At these levels of illumination the pages they read from often provide enough bounce lighting to keep their faces from being irretrievably in shadow.

Here i let parts of the reader's clothing white out just to have enough exposure on the his face.

This one I took with the M 2/85 - the lens I use most often. I believe you can't beat the value for money (well, I got it for less than 50 USD on ebay - including a working Pentax film body!)
