Lenses and Metering

I recently picked up a 28-70 f4 AL for my K100d and noticed some metering peculiarities. The camera tended to meter 2/3 EV over what it would with my other Pentax lenses in the same lighting conditions. My 75-300 is 1/3 EV over my kit lenses.

Has anyone else noticed any metering differences with different AF lenses? Do you find this a problem? I don't as it is easy to work with and gives each lens a bit more character.

I have a copy of the 28-70 and haven't noticed any peculiarities. Clean the contacts, make sure the lens is in decent shape.
