Having fun with an old 1:1.4 lens...
I was looking for something else, and happened to uncover my very ancient 35mm camera, a Chinon with a Chinon 55mm 1:1.4 lens. Well, as it's a cold and rainy day here, I've been having fun indoors! I put this lens on my K-m and with the ISO upped to 800, and +2 added to the ev, I can shoot to my heart's content indoors, without flash, and to the furthest reaches from a window, and get a good exposure. This lens looks like it'll do well for indoor party shots without flash.
For you older Brits (and I'm one too), I also uncovered the complete first two-years set of SLR magazine, which first came out in 1967! Anyone else remember that mag?
