DA 15 - Misc. Marina Images

Since we're spending a few days on our boat, I've tried out my new DA 15 around the marina and around Kemah, TX. Here are a few examples.

Thanks for these really nice shots. If the DA 15mm didn't cost the equivalent of about $900 where I live, I would be sorely tempted. Love those blues.

Nice blues

That Ferris Wheel picture shows excellent sharpness throughout. I also like how the depth of the gondoliers is displayed. The rendition of all those shades of blue is very precise. I'm usually pretty mushy about drawing conclusions from Internet jpegs, but you are impressing me here quite a lot. This lens would look too good on a K7, no?

Jer, those shots are wonderful - very sharp, but the color and contrast are just superb - reminds me of my M 20 f/4. This seriously has made me want this lens now, the examples you bring always seem to be among the best I've seen from this lens.

Jeez... The DA 15ltd on the K-7...

Thanks for the very kind words, and - like you - I'm reminded of my M20/4l.

Also, I won't think about a K-7 and DA Limiteds - I won't, I won't, I won't . . . .
