I'd take pretty much everything in my signature...

1. DA35 for detail shots of rings, flowers, etc.

2. DA*16-50 for general all-around use, particular for the "getting ready" shots and formals.

3. FA50 for low-light performance if no flash is permitted during ceremony

4. DA10-17 for dress shot and for ceremony and reception (dance floor shots)

5. DA*50-135 for bridal portraits and candids (ceremony and reception)

6. DA70 for reception candids

Although I think I could get away with using the 3 primes and the 16-50, I'd be more inclined to use the 2 zooms (that's why I have them) with the FA50 and the DA35 in my vest pockets in case I need them.

Edit: I missed the 'current lens only' option. I guess that means swapping out the FA50 for a DA*55.

I uses 2 bodies with two DA* zoom, just like those mentioned previously.

1. 1 Body with DA* 16-50
2. 1 Body with DA* 50-135
3. Sigma 30 1.4 for indoor/low light
4. FA* 85 1.4 for indoor/low light
5. Da 21 for action flash photo
6. Sigma 10-20 for a change of perspective sometimes.

Like many others, 2 bodies, 16-50 (or Tammy 28-75) on one, and 77 ltd or FA 100/2.8 macro on the other. The 12-24 and 50/1.4 are there just in case I need them for their strengths.

out of a choice of

current DA* DA DFA & DA ltd options
Six lenses is too many lenses to take to a wedding.

DA15/4 though it would likely only be used for a couple of pictures.
FA31/1.8 I include this because a fast normal is a must have lens, and so far, Pentax doesn't have one in the DA lineup, and the 35/2.8, while a decent lens, is slow.

That's it.

Sorry for not sticking to the rules..

My last wedding I used:
50mm 1.4 (no flash in the church)
Sigma 17-70 for everything else.

My assistant/2nd shooter had my other body.. if she hadn't it would have had a 50-135mm on it...
