Just recieved it after getting it on ebay at a reasonably good price..

what can i say! wow! its huge!

its also mint and looks like it has never been used!

cant wait to get home and test it!

will do when we get some nice weather again!

just been looking at the front / back focussing... and got very confused... seems all over the place so settled for what seemed to work ok (-5) will spend a bit more time playing in the sunshine with the focus chart... will try a variety too...

so far seems a bit soft at 2.8, and deadly sharp from f4 up.... but thats under flash and tungsten... sunshine and real conditions will tell soon enough!

Do you have one also? if so... what are your impressions?

it really is a monster! doubles the weight of the K20d, and tomorrow i'll hopefully be adding the battery grip!

please post a few test shot, will this match up to the Tamron 28-75mm f2.8. it looks like it has constant f2.8 for all range.
