Curious about two lenses

I saw posts on galleries about two lenses that made me curious. Any opinions?

Vivitar f2,8 28 mm macro, seems to have the A mode.

Sigma 200 mm f3,5 macro. No more info.

I never knew these even existed, and found no info about either.

I got a lot of hits on the Sigma i checked first but not a good tech source

The Sigma sells for $100 here --> Phase 2 foto source, Saskatoon: used equipment

Nice pic here 5 lens down --> Phil Dyer, Mintron Astro Video Cameras, accessories, adapters for Telescopes, DLSR lenses, CCD cameras, video cameras, webcams and microscopes

i found comments about the Sigma with both M42 and K mounts with no clue as to which is the native mount. Oh here is one more comment from dpreview forum
Or even go older with my 30 year old MD stuff. I

Have fun my good buddy B.D.

There's a Sigma 200mm f3.5 on eBay that might be the lens you're talking about. Item #310142949631. It's hard to tell from the auction, but my guess is that it's just close-focusing rather than a 1:2 or 1:1 macro. There are probably a dozen Vivitar models that might meet your description.

bdery,
i'll not say anything about the lenses listed.. i don't know..
what i do know is if you're looking for a 200/?? you can't beat the vivitar 200/3.5.. get the komine #28xxxxxxx
they're also dirt cheap.. get the m42 instead of the K as i've found it to be a tad sharper..
oh, before someone jumps in and asks anything..
i've had eight of these.. it's a real sleeper lens..
