Your product shots are not too bad (no wonder with this modell). But what lens did you use? Shows quite noticeable CAs, especially in shots no. 1 and no. 3. Congratulations anyway. I hope you have lots of opportunities to use this lens.

Thanks! All shots are with the A50/1.4 in very low light. The first three is wide open at 1/180. That probably explains it. I sort of did go for the shallow DoF. The last one is f11.

I'm sure I'm going to be using this a lot. If not for anything else than the joy of handling it...

I would say that you got a very good deal considering the two on eekBay right now. There's an A 15mm f/3.5 for $1600 USD and a K 15mm f/3.5 for $945 USD. Both appear to be in excellent shape. That A is about 3X more expensive than a new 15mm Limited!

The metal Asahi Pentax lens cap alone is pure joy.
Guard that cap with your life! It slips off as easily as it slips on, and I lost mine many, many years ago. If you loose it, you'll find that it's basically impossible to replace.

Here I'm lucky with the lens' only fault. There's a dent on the hood, that makes the cap fit very tightly. But I will guard it. It's an object of beauty in it self.
