Bright, contrasty, I tend to get in close so it suits my style, nice angle of view, painterly bokeh that seems to double up at times.
This image is untreated in post processing except for resize:

Nice colours and it allows you to get stuck in. I only got mine a couple of days ago so have only scratched the surface of its talents so far

Everyone of those IMHO... good colors, very sharp, close focus...

I know everyone is probably tired of seeing this shot as an example,
but eye like it. I smile everytime eye see it!

Arjay this is some very nice bokeh, I have not really used mine as a bokeh machine yet. But this shot inspires me to try some...

.

Because it blows your mind how sharp it is and how close it can focus for a 28mm.

thansk a lot for your comments!

but i found a little soft at f2.8 this lens.

it is right?

what is, about you, a good aperture for a better sharp?

@Igilligan: the photo with eye is excellent.
taken at f8?

My shots above were all f/2.8, including these snaps from this morning's bike

Just went out to play with this lens on my lunch break.

Even in horrible overcast light it was remarkably sharp. I got some pollen shots just as sharp as jsherman's on basically my first try. What a lens!
