43mm limited - show me your people shots

Hi Folks...

I'm kicking around the idea of selling my FA35 and buying an FA43 instead, as I find people pix with the FA35 appear a bit flat for my taste.

I've seen lots of pix on these forums from the FA43 and really like the contrast, colour reproduction, and how it renders some difficult surfaces.

I'm hoping you folks can help me decide if I should go ahead. Focal length isn't really a concern and the aperture is essentially equal...so it's a really all about the look.

Can you show me your people shots (flowers, pets/animals, etc. need not apply thanks)? I'm looking for some 3D quality to the images - so if you have some samples that would be great.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Sincerely,
c[_]

This one's a B&W conversion - the stone of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is as much a subject as the two women. The 43 I find does stone very well.

Note: This was a raw processed in-camera and then a soft-filter applied to the jpeg - also in-camera.
