Well Peter, not only do I not use it a whole lot, but truth be told, I just got engaged and I am 'making preperations'.... so it's going to be either the 300mm or the 200mm (leaning to the 300mm as I can use the 200mm for portraits) and all of my film bodies and MF lenses. I hope to get them listed this weekend.
I own lots of thinks that I don't use on a dayly basis.............

Congrats Buddha. That's for a good cause and might even score you a few points.
If you don't use it, there's not much point and it's not rare or anything so you could always add it again some day.

Need a photographer?

First of all, congrats on your engagement.

Assuming that you do get rid of your 300, one thing to consider getting if you don't already have one is one of the Tamron 1.4x TCs for the times where you would like to go beyond 200mm. Paired with the 200/2.8, you'd essentially have a 280/4 which would be almost equivalent to the 300/4 you currently have.

Another thing to consider if you really don't have to have a 2.8 tele is getting rid of both the 200 & 300 and picking up the 60-250, as you'd be getting more flexibility in your FLs. The 50-135 can handle portraits just fine.

Looking at your sig, I have to say that you've got a pretty nice kit. Even if you didn't need the money, it makes perfect sense to get rid of the stuff that you don't really need or use anymore. Good luck with your sales!
