Let's say that it's somewhere between the price of a used K10D and a used K20D
I hope you feel somewhat like a thief at that price... I'm really, really glad for you, but that really isn't fair. Like when I purchased an AF280T, Super program and A50 f1,4 for 10$... Part of me felt rotten, but the seller set the price.

You're going to enjoy everything on that list. There isn't a lens there that I would mind owning

Please let me know how your new 85 compares to the Nikkor, and how the Nikkor holds up in comparison. I have been eyeing some of those old Non-AI Nikkor 85's for a while until I can afford something better . . . like an SMC Tak 85/1.8.
I sure will compare them. But in the meantime:

Read my post somewhere in the middle of this page. There are some test photos of my Nikkor 85mm F/1.8.

I really like the Nikkor. It's relatively compact and is easy to focus. In fact, if given a choice between the Nikkor 85mm and the SMC Takumar 85mm, I'd probably pick the Nikkor. The IQ is likely comparable; both need to be stopped down manually; but the Nikkor does not require a lens adapter. I also have a Nikkor 105mm F/2.5 that I like better than my now damaged SMC-M 100mm F/2.8.
