A beautiful SMC k 20mm f4

I recently picked up a wonderful set locally from a classified ad. I got a Pentax Asahi MX 35mm film camera, a Tokina 80-200mm Zoom Lens, an SMC M 50mm f1.4(Mint condition). And last but not least a MINT SMC K 20mm f1.4. I got it all for $150 US. How did I do? lol I can't believe it. Here are some pics and a few quick test shots.

The Previous at 100%crop

And a few quick test shots:

This on is wide open at ISO 200

Wide open at ISO200

This one is Wide open at ISO 800 a bit grainy(low light)

100% crop of the above

Thanks for looking. I think I did OK.

That lens is pretty rare, I'd say alone it's worth twice what you paid for the entire kit. I scored a similar deal on an A f/2.8 macro. It's a great feeling isn't it!

I have the M 20 f/4, and it's incredible also. You have a very nice lens there, great shots.

I ran into your other threads on your 20mm in the past. I do like the compact nature of the M series though. THis one is a little bigger. As for the shots lol I think I'll shoot a bit with it this weekend.

On a side note. I'm sure we can all relate to getting a deal on something. Last night I saw the ad, wrote the idividual an email asking if the lenses etc... were still available. The listing Price was $225 and I asked if they would go $150 not seeing the lenses yet. So, all day at work I was pacing around waiting till I could go at 6PM to have a look see and inspect just hopeing someone else wouldn't scoop me before I got the chance. The stress of it all.......

I believe you got this from Kijiji in Canada, right? I saw the same package, and also jumped when I saw the 20 mm. It appears I was second in line. Congratulations!

The rest of the package.

I thought I would post more images of the 20mm and also some images of the 50mm f1.4. The package also included a set of filters in an original Asahi pouch.
