Thanks! I have the SMC M 50/1.7 and I like it. As I said before, I am getting the DA* 55/1.4 next week and that should be the lens that will stay on my k100ds 99% ot the time.

I want to say FA 35mm F2. I really do. Incredibly sharp, fast, and versatile. But the 35mm f2.8 Macro Limited is nearly as sharp, nearly as fast, and it does macro. I'd have to go with the Limited.

I've never shot with one, but I just know that it would be the FA31ltd. Why do I know that? Cos I love the Sigma 30 1.4, and from what I've seen the FA31 delivers even better results

I love this lens also..... nice long focus throw, great for easy fine tuning, seems to be built a little better than the Ms that replaced it, more like the older M42 Takumars.

Digital: F 50mm 1.4

Can you tell I shoot portraits.

If I had to choose just one, I'd have to go with the 50mm, as the 85 is a little too long for digital.
