Ha! What do you name your lenses?
If I told you, they wouldn't let you live.
And don't ask me who THEY are, I've already said more than it is safe to say.

Don't you have a camera named Sploosh?
.

I only have a few lenses but they all have a name.
My Tamron 70-200mm 2.8 is called 'Ruby' (she is so sweet)
My DA 40 limited is called 'Charlie'.
My DA 12-24mm is 'Fat Albert'
and my M50 f2 is called 'Pop' due to his age.

How about you guys???...or am I just eccentric?
Um no I don't but hey all know who they are.

One of my local camera stores has an employee who named his son Canon.

I kid you not.

There, you can all feel a little better now.

Incidentally, I've named two lenses: Dunkie and Fungal-50.

.
jsherman999......your review of the tamron 70-200 Di was the one that finally made my decision to get one so that makes you 'Ruby's' Godfather. Congrats.
I am also glad that I am not the only eccentric one out there!!!

I have decided that my next lens will be the Tamron 90mm macro and I think I might call her 'Mandy'.
I have also seriously considered booking myself in for some Therapy.
I think the cost of my Therapy should be paid for by all members of this forum because you are ALL to blame for my newly acquired lens fetish!!!!!!!!!!!
