DA35 ltd landscape/architecture examples please

I have been researching for a normal prime and have read all the reviews and discussions I could find on the forums.

-The 31ltd would be great but it is out of my price range.
-The FA35 is too hard to come by and presently more expensive then the DA35.
-The DA40 seems to be a little long for a walk around from the examples I have seen.

So this leaves the DA35ltd.

I have seen many macro and close up shots which look fantastic, but I am looking for some landscape and architecture examples from the DA35ltd to prove that it can be used as a standard walk-around.

...maybe Pentax will release a DA*30? That would only be too sweet.

I'd rather a 35mm FOV lens equivalent, i.e., 22-24mm f/2.8. As far as architecture goes the DA 35 is quite good but it has a the FOV of a 50mm lens. So with some room to shoot it works very well and is very sharp with no discernible distortion.

1/180 @ f/8.

1/250 @ f/8.

1/250 @ f/6.7.

1/250 @ f/5.6.

not sure if this helps, since it is heavily postprocessed but it's the only landscape shot i could find in a hurry

Ahhh, I'm afraid I'm guilty of using the DA 35 more for macro than for architecture and landscapes, so I don't have many to choose from either, and they're also highly processed. And a couple were taken from behind a windshield! But you at least get an idea for the field-of-view:

One of the best

The DA 35mm Ltd Macro is an outstanding lens for landscapes and exteriors.

Thanks for posting some examples. I believe I will be looking to obtain this lens. I am hoping to find it used. It is hard to justify the new $700 Canadian price tag to my wife...

I guess I could always post in the Wanted Marketplace section...
