K7 + 50 1.2

this is just only an update for the 2nd lens (technically speaking) that I acquired when I finally moved to Pentax. actually this was the first lens that I was looking for, but couldn't find one during that time. the first shots that I took with it were for testing purposes (otherwise known as measurebating) such as bokeh, sharpness at certain apertures and fastness. I used it with the K-7. the results were very good during the initial phase of testing though I still need it for real world use not until today.

I didn't shoot raw, but rather used jpeg at premium level. no sharpening done and just a lil bit of exposure adjustment.

here are some shots that I took. for me, these are quite good enuff.

Pentaxor, that must be an awesome combination!

Some day we'll have to set up a Vancouver meet with the other local folks so we can ogle each other's gear!

that would be great legacy. smc invited me a month ago for a shootfest at their island, but wasn't able to go because of work. I hope that there would be an official meet. if ever that happens, maybe you could lend me those LTD lenses of yours for a while and see what they can do.

thanks guys. I think I could duplicate these shots with the K20D but with more effort.
