Of these, the only one I would consider is the FA 28-105. The rest are slow kit/consumer zooms - slow as in maximum aperture, not AF. The faster your lens is and the better its contrast wide open, the faster your AF will be.
The K-7 can eliminate CA from DA lenses, which is a point in the DA 16-45's favor. The DA 16-45 also has great contrast and is good at the wide end. It was a popular choice before the DA 16-50/2.8 came out, but then again it was almost the only choice. You can probably find used ones at a better price than new. I don't know how it compares to the Tamron.
