Sears 35-135 3.5to4.5 Zoom Mcro / A Lens

I have a Sears 35-135 f 3.5 -4.5 Zoom Macro / A Lens that I used for years on my Pentax ME, last year I purchased a K10D and have been using this with manual focus, BUT it is a macro lens also and I cannot figure out how to get it into Macro mode. My other Sears 80-200mm zoom macro switches over very easily as it has a ring that twists into macro, the 35-135 won't go, it seems there is a trick to it but I can't remember how to do it any suggestions?

You'll get better replies if you can post some photos of the lens.
