Excellent Pentax Service.

I sent in the DA 21 for repairs and it was fixed well, and returned promptly. I mailed it Aug/7th and I got it back today. Most importantly it was fixed well with no hassles. I will of course continue to buy Pentax lenses and will choose Pentax over the others for this kind of service.

The minimal return time here is five (5) weeks

This doesn't even give them time to do anything.

By the way, if you don't mind my asking: what was wrong with your DA21?

I used the slow 3-5 day mail too. The lens came apart due to my own fault.
