Kiron 28-70mm f 3.5-4.5 Macro 35mm with the 'a' setting ???

I just received this lens mounted to a Super Program off ebay. A whopping $41 shipped and the seller threw in a cable release as I can't find my old one.

Haven't purchased a dSLR yet, leaning to the k20 as the price seems great right now I think ($620, body only) Good deal?

Anywho, I'm shooting a roll of film and will try to post back after getting the film back. On my copy, the zoom moves fine, just a little loose on the focus ring.
