Tokina 70-210 mm, 1:4-5.6 and Vivitar 28 mm 1:2.8 auto 049 mm. Worth getting for $30?

A local is selling those from his grand father collection but I am not sure if it fits K and if they are even any good.
She says there is a PK somewhere in the lens.
Any ideas?

IMO, the 28mm is worth more than the 70-210. The big zoom is slow and ordinary. The little 28mm f2.8 is probably very good. I'd take the 28 for $15 and leave the big zoom behind.

I got a Tamron 70-300 that should be better probably.
Is PK same as K?

Is the Tamron 70-300 one of the Auto focus models? If so, that pretty much totally negates the need for the Tokina 70-210.

Yes, PK is the same as K-Mount. The little Vivitar could be very good. If the serial number starts with 28 it's made by Komine and should be excellent. Take special note if it also says Close Focusing on the lens. That one is especially desirable.

Unfortunately is neither 28 serial nor the Close Focusing message.
