No. A given ISO, f-stop, and shutter speed should yield the exact same exposure regardless of sensor size (or focal length). Of course, if the FOV is different between camera/lens systems, that will affect the metering, but that difference could go either way. Assuming we're metering off a fixed controlled target, exposure will be the same on any camera, any lens.
